NewFed needed automated outbound to alert borrowers to rate drops, equity gains, and credit triggers — without violating TCPA.
Designed and built end-to-end: VAPI voice agents on Twilio telephony, Node.js backend, PostgreSQL data layer, React admin dashboard. I owned the architecture, the compliance model, and the delivery.
Compliance engine covers abandoned-call-rate monitoring, call frequency limits, timezone-aware business hours, and state-by-state regulatory rules.
