PROBLEM → APPROACH → OUTCOME

NewFed needed automated outbound to alert borrowers to rate drops, equity gains, and credit triggers — without violating TCPA.

Designed and built end-to-end: VAPI voice agents on Twilio telephony, Node.js backend, PostgreSQL data layer, React admin dashboard. I owned the architecture, the compliance model, and the delivery.

Compliance engine covers abandoned-call-rate monitoring, call frequency limits, timezone-aware business hours, and state-by-state regulatory rules.

2023

Loan officer at NewFed.

Fresh out of a finance degree at Southern New Hampshire. Within months I'd hit the limits of every CRM, automation, and outreach tool the company used — so I started building the missing pieces. First with n8n, then Cursor, then Claude Code.

May 2024

Founded Elev8 Growth Solutions.

To bring the same AI-era operator stack to small businesses across trades, real estate, education, and property management. The flagship is the Blog Agent, an autonomous content pipeline using the Anthropic Agent SDK.

Jan 2025

Promoted to AI & Automation Specialist.

Designed Orign8 — an internal AI calling platform with a TCPA compliance engine designed to support our entire loan officer org.
